Mullen is the founder of Community Artist niagara (CAn) . In this picture she is amongst the established Board of Directors and some members on the Roof Tops of Downtown Niagara Falls.

CAn was established to support the artistic community during the Downtown Revitalization Project which Mullen launched in January 2008. CAn is a registered not-for-profit Organization of approximately 100 paid members and any inquires can be met through this website. 

Our vision is to build a community for arts and culture in downtown Niagara Falls. We aim to create a community environment that is open, friendly, accessible, and inclusive. A space that cultivates creativity, thought, expression, and growth. Central to our values is respect. Respect in our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Any services that we provide will be provided with quality and care. We will offer support and opportunity for artists and craftspeople alike to showcase and contribute their talents, building a network of those who are like minded.
