Mullen was nominated under the Sierra Club of Canada and represented the Green Party of Ontario/Canada at the UNFCCC COP 13. She contributed to national and provincial blogs, press and mass mobilizing for media releases. There, she co-organized both the release of the Global Greens statement on the Bali negotiations, as well as the meeting of International Greens in Bali. She also initiated a film for the Global Greens Conference in Brazil in 2008, including interviewing International Elected Greens present.
